WHEN GOLDEN JACKAL SPECIFIC ECOLOGICAL SYSTEM SURVEY IS PERFORMED, SPECIAL ATTENTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE DIRECT METHODS: 
ONE DIRECT METHOD IS FOOTPRINT TREKKING

The important feature is that the golden jackal footprint presents the union of the second and third finger on the basis (see photos below)
